Terms and Conditions (AGB)

Booking and Payment

• All yoga classes, workshops, and massage sessions must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

• Payment for all treatments and yoga classes must be made on-site at the conclusion of the session.

• Prices are fixed and provided in a Word document after submitting the contact form.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Yoga Classes & Workshops: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the class are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full class fee.

• Massage Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations later than 24 hours or no-shows may incur 50–100% of the service fee.

Health and Safety

• Clients must inform the practitioner or teacher of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to the session.

• Yoga and Thai massage sessions are intended for wellness and relaxation and do not replace medical treatment.

• Clients participate at their own risk and should consult a healthcare provider if unsure.

Liability

• Soulpoint or Lucia Mischi is not liable for personal injury or accidents during classes, workshops, or massage sessions.

• Practitioners provide guidance and support, but it is the client’s responsibility to follow instructions safely.

Photos & Marketing

• Photos or videos taken during classes or workshops may be used for marketing purposes.

• Clients can opt out by informing us prior to the session.

Changes to Terms

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

• Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
