Welcome. My name is Lucia. I care for my own well-being through slowing down and mindful practices, which allows me to bring my full presence, experience, and care to every session. My goal is to guide you in reconnecting with your body and finding balance between body, mind, and soul.
My journey began with physiotherapy, and over time I was inspired by Eastern practices like Yoga, Meditation and Thai massage. Today, I integrate both Western and Eastern knowledge to support your well-being in a holistic, gentle way.
Whether you are looking to slow down, reconnect with your body, or support its healing from injury or pain, I am here to provide a safe, caring space and guide you with presence and attention.
